The Mirror and various Italian news papers have reported that Arsenal have solidly declined a bid made by Inter Milan for Cesc Fabregas. The Mirror article reports:
Arsenal have reportedly turned down a £28.7million bid for Cesc Fabregas from Inter Milan.
The Serie A giants were also prepared to throw in Sulley Muntari as part of the cheeky deal according to Italian television group Mediaset.
Marco Branca, the technical director of the Nerazzurri and man responsible for their transfer dealings, was met with a stern “Not for sale” message from Arsene Wenger, but what is more of a concern to Gunners fans is that a bid was lodged in the first place
